• Assistant Executive Housekeeper

This job vacancy in Macau requires applicants who have 5-7 years related experience as an Assistant Manager. You must also be fluent in both written and spoken Cantonese/Mandarin and English.

• Bell Attendant 

A minimum of 3-5 years experience is required for this position. The Bell Attendant is responsible for safekeeping and storage of customers’ luggage and belongings, enhancing a high standard experience with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Butler

With at least 3 years experience and to report directly to Butler Supervisor and provide complete butler experience and signature services to all guests.

• Butler Supervisor

With 5 years or more experience and to report directly to Butler Manager and ensure all butlers provide “meet and greet” to all guests and monitor all their activities to ensure compliance with the company’s standard procedures.

• Chef de Partie 

With 3 years experience, the Chef de Partie prepares and cooks food according to standard procedures, recipe cards, photos, and other given instructions.

• Commis I

Applicants must have at least 2 years experience and his main job is to work with the head baker to ensure quality control and product development for our 5-star luxury resort, which houses 2 Michelin-star restaurants.

• Commis II

A minimum of 1-year kitchen experience in a 4 to 5-star Western kitchen with excellent product knowledge of international cuisine and accurate knife skills.

• Concierge Agent

With 1-2 years working experience, a Concierge agent reports directly to Chief Concierge and provides exemplary service to all guests from the moment they arrive to the time they depart from the hotel.

• Courtesy Host

This job vacancy requires an applicant to have an experience in a hospitality or Casino environment, with modeling and hosting skills and willing to work in Macau.

• Doorman 

Reports directly to Bell Captain, the Doorman is responsible for providing warm, courteous and friendly service to all guests at the Hotel main entrance and Lobby Doors with relevant experience of Front Office in the Hotel industry.

• F&B Team Leader 

With at least 1 year working in juice bars such as Boots and Haagen Dazs. Applicant must have good knowledge on juice or smoothie mixing with excellent communication skills.

• F&B Server

Must be presentable, passionate, energetic and have a positive attitude. Applicant must have a minimum of 1-year experience or if no experience, he/she must be exceptionally presentable and highly service-oriented.

• Floor Team Leader

The Floor Team Leaders is responsible for the inspection of guest rooms to ensure that it meets an uncompromised level of cleanliness throughout the hotel. He or she supports the Housekeeping Staff in operational standards to exceed the guests’ expectations and provides service that sets an example for the luxury market.

• Florist

Responsible for producing innovative floral pieces and plant arrangements that will inspire guest satisfaction along with providing professional and friendly service. The florist must be attentive to details, quality and originality in all arrangements created.

• Food & Beverage Captain/Supervisor

Supervises and monitors the performance of F&B Service Attendants to ensure each and every guest is being provided a quality experience. Must be knowledgeable in Asian and Western Cuisines, wines, cocktails, and mixed drinks. With 1 or more years experience as a supervisor in a 4-5 star hotel or quality restaurant.

General Requirements

Applicants for these job vacancies must be 23 years old and above with bachelor’s degree or short course certificates that are relevant to the position they’re applying for.
