Do you want to view your SSS Contribution online?
Are you typing your correct user ID and password, but you’re still unable to log in?
Or is it because the SSS Website is slow or it’s simply not loading at all?
I feel you and I know this issue is really frustrating.
Many SSS members are having the same issue that’s why I decided post an updated step-by-step guide on how to login to SSS online successfully.
By the way, before you can do this, you must first be a member of the Social Security System. Second, you must have paid at least one month contribution to your SSS account.
And third, you must have registered to My.SSS or the online platform of the SSS.
If you have all these requirements, then you’re ready to follow the steps on how to login to SSS online.
Here’s how…
Steps to Login to SSS Online Account
Step 1
Using your computer or smartphone with internet connection, open your Internet Browser, preferably Internet Explorer, then type https://sss.gov.ph to go to the SSS website.
Step 2
Once you’re on the page, you’ll see the Member Login box where you need to type your User ID and Password.
Make sure to enter your correct login info to avoid getting locked out. If you forgot your User ID or Password, click the link below the Submit button (see the screenshot above).
Step 3
Once you’re logged in to your SSS online account, you can now access the different features and services of the SSS website.
Under Member Profile, you can update your contact info, change your My.SSS password, and you can set an appointment with SSS.
Under e-Services, you can inquire/view your SSS contributions online, you can apply for Salary Loan, you can open a PESO Fund, you can request for records, you can submit Maternity Notification, you can submit Retirement Claim Application, and you can enrol in SSS Flexi-Fund.
You can also get your PRN or Payment Request Number which is now required when paying SSS contributions.
How to View your SSS Contributions Online
When you are registered to My.SSS, it’s very easy to view your SSS premiums without having to go to the SSS branch anymore.
To do that, just go to the SSS website at sss.gov.ph, then login using your User ID and Password.
Once you’re logged in, click Inquiry under E-Services, then click Actual Premiums under Member Info.
You can now view your SSS account online and you can also print it if you want to have a hard copy of your SSS premiums.
To avoid issues accessing the SSS website, always use Internet Explorer because it is compatible with the site.
I also suggest that you access the website on weeknights and weekends when the majority of SSS members and officers are not accessing it.
Why? Because the SSS website loads faster when only a few users are accessing it.
You may also take note or save your SSS User ID and Password in a safe place/file so that it would be easier for you to find it if you forget it.
Don’t share it to others. Remember, it’s your personal SSS account so you should be responsible with your account details.
UPDATE 2019
I know that it has been frustrating for some SSS members to login to the SSS website either because it’s so slow or it just simply sucks or doesn’t work at all.
Fortunately, the Social Security System has updated their SSS website and now the SSS Beta Online is available and it’s much faster and easier to navigate.
If you want to check your SSS payments this 2019, just follow these simple steps:
1. Go to https://sss.gov.ph
2. Under the Member Login box, click “Try My.SSS Beta” (see the red box below)
3. Type your User ID and Password, then click Login.
Note: This is only applicable if you have already registered to My.SSS and you have an existing User ID and Password. If you’re not yet registered, follow the steps here to register: SSS Online Registration.
4. Under My.SSS Portal Home, click My Contributions.
5. You’ll now see the number and amount of your SSS Contributions. Click Monthly Contributions to see the details of your monthly contributions.
6. View the details of your SSS contributions including the amount and the month/year you paid. You may click the next page (2 or arrow) to see the previous contributions.
This SSS Beta Online has been the best that SSS has done so far in terms of upgrading their system. It’s very easy to access and view my SSS account now and I never had any problems with it.
It’s also easy to get PRN or Payment Request Number using the SSS Beta online.
So, if you haven’t tried this out, I suggest you do for a seamless and fast viewing of SSS contribution this 2019.
If you have any questions about accessing the SSS website or your My.SSS account, please post it in the comment section below.
